Shipping was an issue. I used my PO Box and since it cale Fed EX Ground there were delays. The ordering system should have stopped me using shipping to PO Box (since you use Fed Ex) and I would have provided my street address.
It took me a night or two to get use to the new pillow, however the problem with stiff neck is much better with the use of the new pillow. I am glad I ordered it.

Other than you said it would be shipped by USPS but then I found out it was being shipped FedEx and FedEx does not ship to my USPS address and it took me several Communications to get my actual shipping address straightened out so my only suggestion is don't say you're going to ship one way and then ship another way
