First time customer, so after waiting nearly 5 days for any indication that the item was being sent, I emailed and received a response saying it would arrive shortly (which it did) The quality of the garment was excellent. If a business is very busy during a sale perhaps a good idea to indicate on the website that there will be a short delay due to the influx of orders.
