The shipping is very quick. And I love the wax. Some of the wording on the website makes it sound like they are easily annoyed by people who don’t follow all of their instructions. I understand that you have rules and you can’t fulfill orders if they are not properly filled out. It’s just that the wording makes it sound like those of us who might make a mistake get them easily pissed off. Just my two cents.
