In end acceptable and I do have to be fair to it being the holidays but I ordered a sweatshirt and a gift card. The ordered indicated I would be notified by email when ready. I later did get email on sweatshirt but not gc. Took numerous frustrating attempts to get gc. (Then I got it sent twice). To my knowledge the recipient has not yet used. I only hope no problem when used. If not I would give one more chance as I fully support the background of the start of this business and want to see them excel.

Upon ordering the item I had entered in the right shipping address but due to a different saved address on a 3rd party website the wrong address automatically filled in the shipping space and I only noticed after the order was already placed.
