Took about 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Took about the same from anyone from customer service to acknowledge it. Poor customer service. Packaged really cheaply in a clear plastic market bag. A cardboard box and some tissue paper and a PopBrush sticker wouldn’t go a miss for the price you’re paying. Sending as is, it’s like I bought it off the market and the quality feels that way from the start.
