Ordered on 21st Feb mistakenly thinking the brushes were similar to Tangle Tease (they aren’t!). Didn’t arrive till 3rd March & immediately saw the brushes were cheap plastic things / the sort of brush you’d pay a couple of pound on a market stall not a high quality detangle brush.
Sent them back straight away exactly as instructed on 10th March. Have received no communication from the company despite multiple emails since 23rd March. It is now 15th April and I have not received a refund.
