Ordered 2 guards - one for top, one for lower. Lower fits pretty tightly, top doesn’t fit as well. First upper sent from CCNG was way loose, so customer service sent a tighter one right away. 2nd upper is better, but still not as fitted as one you get from the dentist office. Customer service is very good tho.
