The only criticism I can offer is delivery. My order was not submitted as email confirmation. After 10 days of no delivery I contacted Mephisto and the order was submitted. No further confirmation was received and Fedex provided no follow-up on delivery dates. Order was received unexpectedly after 10 more days. Pease took into order confirmation delivery process. Thanx rose
