This shop has quality stuff and I really suggest the workbooks of her. The thing is about processing time and delivery time and the updates are not very prompt and email responses takes too long. I may suggest it’s better if you can process the international orders in batches first as they take time to reach.

Excellent customer experience - when I needed to discuss something, the team was very helpful! Maybe the shipping paper packaging (not the Notebook’s box, the one outside) could be improved because as a first image when it arrives, it is not the best. Not that it matters so much but I am sharing it here as a comment because every little detail makes the difference.

Two months to get my order and anybody is giving a solution. I dont have my journal even i bought it in the early access to start planning my 2026. But still waiting. Ive been mailing many times and they only tell me many different things every time. So sad
