Items were shipped to my old address, tried to update my address with Titan Power but was told it already shipped, they could not do anything on their end, and to change my address (again) with my postal service, which I did, but still have not received my order.
Titan states the item was delivered, but provided photos of a home that I do not recognize. Advised them of everything done so far on my end, and now I have not received a response.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! I ordered the 3x Titan Smart Cable on July 19, 2025. Today is September 10, which is 52 days after I placed the order. I have been billed and paid for this order but still have not received a shipment notice. I have sent 7 emails to Titan Power + Support and still have not gotten a response on the status of my order. I keep sending them emails but just get an auto generated response. I would not order from this company!!!!!
