Apparently I mistakenly purchased slow-charging accessories for my new phone.

Takes forever

Poor customer service. Delay in response and poor tracking. Please be mindful on the cost and offer if applied; I have been a victim of a scam on that and had been escalating for almost a month to get it clarified and refunded. Don’t recommend!

I live in Australia and found the delivery time to be a bit too long. The tracking was not updated.

Would be great if they could deliver items within their own guidelines.

It was quick, easy, and efficient.

After a very disappointing experience with the earbuds which didn't function as promised in the advertisement, the charging dock was also not up to the usual standard expected.

Over a month to get 2 charger cables? Just getting told to wait a few more days when emailing and asking then nothing happening? It’s really not the way to sell products, bought in the past and it was fine but years later this purchase has not been a good one.

"Problems clearing customs" has me 20 days past the advertised delivery time.

Long wait (30days), given phony tracking information, constant sales badgering “add this to your order”. When I was waiting I purchased from Anker whom sold me cables that were in my mailbox in less than 12 hours after I ordered. I will not be back here again.

Ordered on 4-20-25 Today is 5-28-25 Still do not have a product to even review yet after repeated emails with no response - at this point I feel they have stolen my money

I heard so little shipping information that I almost asked for a refund.

Unhelpful customer service, got ghosted.

Very good vendor. However, expect a long wait for the items ordered. I believe they are not in the U.S., and often it takes over a month to get the product. But most of my emails get responded to pretty quickly, and they have helped me pick right cables. One downside is that their packages the cords are in don’t say the size and type of interface. Please add that. They have great sales if you can wait for them.

Easy to order, once I worked out the weird shipping company was legit (why don’t shipping notices reflect who you ordered from??). Fairly quick delivery though Asia to USA then back to Australia seems wasteful too.

I like the website when looking for a specific product

I took a good deal longer to arrive versus many of the other products I buy online. It did happen at the height of this tariff war nonsense, however.

2nd time ordering cords are outstanding

Took a little longer than usual to get the cables this time. Probably because of all the trade chaos.

We’ve been using Titan Power Products for several years now. Always get a fast a full recharge in a minimal amount of time. The strength of the cord, along with its unique plug make this the only product we’re using.

Easy ordering and reliable if somewhat extended delivery to the UK. Kennedy is always on hand to give confidence while waiting for items to be shipped/delivered!
