Our experience with Olive et Oriel was disappointing. A large 120x150 cm canvas arrived damaged and distorted, and the replacement piece also arrived broken. Delivery delays and packaging issues were not adequately addressed. After two failed attempts, we were offered another replacement or a small store discount, neither of which felt reasonable. Overall, the process lacked reliability and effective customer service.
