Once the product left your pick up there was no correspondence from the shipping company. I was just luck I was home when they delivered. The tracking system was very hit or miss and if I hadn’t been anxiously awaiting the item and not keeping my eye on the delivery date, which changed a couple of times, then I would have missed it.
