Every item I’ve ordered—from the Dubai Bites and Knafeh Kisses to the Sakura Gianduja Bouquet—has been packed with flavors are rich, unique, and clearly made with love - The presentation is top-tier. My only hesitation is the shipping cost to Arizona. Even when I spend over $120, I still get charged more than $50 for shipping, which makes it harder to order as often as I’d like.

The web site says that there is a no melt guarantee, but when I reached out to customer service I was put on hold and was told “ I see that you got the added protection so I will get a new order sent out to you.” I didn’t understand why that mattered if there is a guarantee on it already. Also the two orders were packaged up differently. One was shipped without an ice pack or in any type of insulated packaging. The second one was.
