Great website design with clear and accurate photos and descriptions of products, delivery was prompt and easily trackable - though one of my items did arrive with a slightly damaged corner in a previous order. It was a very large order though for multiple family members so it might have just been a bit squashed. The excellent quality of the product meant the damage was minimal anyway
