Ordered a leavers top for my 11 year old-with a custom image, but it wasn’t printed. Got a partial refund without the chance to cancel the order. Poor communication and rude customer service. If the design couldn’t be done, I should’ve been told before the order was made. Awful customer service. The top was designed by 11 year old for her leavers day- it was ignored. If they could not do it - order should have been cancelled not altered! You do not alter customer order without their consent.
