The product is having design issues which makes customers uncomfortable with proof of it. And it is still comply with the 30 percent restocking fee and shipping. If there is a physical store. Ordering, communication and delivery was awful. Missed delivery dates without notice. I had to do a lot of chasing and working out why they weren't able to deliver, which turned out to be lack of stock. Even when they tried to deliver the alternative chair that I chose, that was not seemless by any stretch. Oh but I got a $20 refund!!! Really low level of care from SIHOO.
