We received so many orders the warehouse is struggling to keep up! The courier companies’ truck was full we couldn’t fit on your item!
Your item has been dispatched the courier picked it up at 3pm, confirmed with the courier a few hours later the same day they didn’t have my item!

I received an email or text from Sihoo saying the chair would be delivered on Tuesday. When it hadn’t arrived mid-afternoon we contacted the courier who told us it hadn’t been received at their depot. Rang the courier the next day & they confirmed the chair arrived and scheduled for delivery that day, i.e. Wednesday. Rescheduled the delivery until the following week as we were away on holidays
