I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The representative assisting me was not friendly and appeared to be on her phone for most of the interaction. In fact, several staff members seemed more focused on their phones than on helping customers. On top of that, I had to wait more than 30 minutes to be assisted. For a luxury jewelry store, this was far from the level of service I expected.
