They closed their doors for the Christmas holiday through the new year. I think it is great to give your employees time off but please please put something on your web site about being closed for 3 weeks. Took almost 5 weeks to get my order. I did get a email back when I asked why it was taking so long but still should be something your customers should now.

I made a huge error in judgment and ordered my belts late in the evening on Christmas Eve. Not thinking of course that businesses were closed. Wouldn't be back till after the holidays etc. And when my order took longer than I thought it should (completely MY fault) I sent an email asking about the order, that email was immediately answered and the next thing I know I had belts on my doorstep. It's like they shipped them from my basement. I don't know if they put a rush on them or what but they were here. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone that uses grinding belts
