Not their fault, but my package was shipped to my town, then sent halfway accross the U.S. called to let them know the shipper had dropped the ball. The folks I spoke with were pleasant and vexed because of the situation even offered to refund some portion, I stopped them and said not your fault just letting you know, that’s all wanted to do. Product was great as they always have been.

It took a little bit longer to receive the belts than I would have liked. In today’s world of Amazon delivering on the same or next day, we can be pretty spoiled. But these belts took a while to get here. I can’t remember exactly but I think it was about 10 days. It might have been more like eight or nine.
