Derek and the socktacular and hard working BOMSock team got my latest order to me super quickly, proving that distance is no barrier to obtaining comfortable, Gospel themed socks!

The order was easy to place and I got them within a couple of days.

I submitted my order and the promo code did not work for the order. I emailed BOM socks and they were able to credit me for the promo code. They were really prompt in their communication. I will definitely order again.

The socks themselves are amazing and I really like the variety offered. The reason for less stars is because I never could get the code to work for “buy three get three free” on my first purchase. I had to pay more than I wanted to on my first order so that was frustrating.

I needed the socks for a birthday present by a specific date. I was having trouble with the website giving me the discount. I sent an email to BOM Socks. The rep set up an invoice with all my choices so I could pay it and the order was shipped the next day. I got it in time for the party.

Everything was great except for the charge for unlimited returns. If they are all gifts, am I supposed to encourage recipients to return their gifts? I didn't mention it to anyone receiving the socks. Just a wasted charge.
