Vraiment déçue de ce mon expérience avec la marque Mitchell Brand. Depuis plusieurs mois, j'avais pour habitude de commander un gel transparent, qui a été remplacé par une crème qui n'a pas du tout la même efficacité que le gel transparent. Le service client m'avais assuré que le gel transparent était disponible, lorsque j'ai passé commande j'ai expressément demandé le gel transparent, ( preuve à l'appuie ) on m'a envoyé la texture crémeuse. Aucun respect pour la clientèle.
