Always easy with good customer service. Although, I would like to add, I appreciate that you want feedback on a box of books delivered roughly a week ago. But you don't take into consideration that some people (i.e. me), have over 200 books sitting TBR and most likely, apart from reading the synopsis, haven't lifted a single book from that box yet! In all the time I have been receiving boxes from you, I've read 6 of them so far.
