When you are buying online it's not a great service, i was given a wig that still had bleach stains on it which showed they never cared to wash it properly and i was given products with no names on it so i had to guess what product is for what, so disappointed

The shipping is advertised to be quick and falsely promises that you will get your unit in a certain time When I called to follow up the unit was still being customised which meant there would be delays. I needed the unit for grad and decided to arrange pick up and courier myself as there was no way I would receive it in time with the length of the customisation. This meant that I incurred further costs. Even the collection of the unit was not organised. As I was also told the wrong location
