We bought the gourmet bubs high chair due to the great reviews, it arrived quickly. Although when I put my little one in the straps were way too big and not suitable for us at all. The website policy says they will refund the total amount and return postage fees if returned within 45 days. We emailed that day and a couple of days later we received an reply saying they will accept the return with a refund but did not give me the return shipping label. Since then it's been 5 days with no reply. I
