Slow to respond. Asked to have the item shipped the next day since it’s “ready to ship item” was sent an additional invoice for $50. Missed the email so I was not able to wear the dress for my birthday party. I’m stuck with a large credit and have had to return 4 items due to sizing. They also charge a 14% restocking fee on all return orders.

The material feels like a Halloween costume, there’s no lining, and the stitching is uneven. The sequins and stones look cheap and poorly attached. Definitely not worth the price.

Great communication! Great quality dresses. I didn’t realize that one of the dresses I ordered was being made. I ordered a couple of dresses and you guys shipped it separately to make sure it came on time, once I realized the mistake & contacted customer service (for a small shipping fee they sent them separately). Both dresses made it on time for the birthday event. I recommend ordering 30 days prior to any event to give cushion room for shipping and custom orders. Definitely worth buying and will be getting more!!! Ready to ship comes way quicker.
