I purchased 2 dresses and at time of purchase both said Ready Ship. A week later I was informed 1 dress was Made to Order which held up my order. Resulting in me having to pay $51 to rush the order before my party for the Ready to Ship dress. Customer service was very helpful and prompt with addressing my issue. However, I requested the Made to Order dress to be canceled since I way going to receive it in enough time. Yet. I believe the company is still trying to send it to me.
