I tried exchanging some earrings (I was gifted them and my ears react negatively to anything not real gold) for the necklace so I emailed them and they at first provided such general answers without answering my actual question; which was “how to initiate an exchange?”. They eventually ghosted me and never answered my question. I’m kinda impressed that they stalled for that long though. The jewelry is cute but they seem stubborn and a little money hungry.

I love this project. I have bought either earrings or necklaces for all the girls in my family and the latest purchase was just to keep for whatever upcoming b-day was next. My daughter loved the jewelry though, so I ended up just giving it to her. The service staff helped me fix my mailing address to ensure the item arrived properly (it did!) And I feel good about using a non-profit that supports the bee health. I always refer people to the project, even strangers if they are interested in bees
