The service was great and efficient from your side,but The Courier Guy is letting your business down.Once again,I had to call people three days in a row in order to get my parcel.The site manager,Brandon was suppose call me to give me clarity about where my parcel was and why is wasn't booked out for delivery.He failed to do so.At a later stage he didn't take the calls from people at customer care.It's honestly frustrating!!!Please address this with them.It happened twice in less than a week.
