The emails and text looked like spam because they're from 2 different companies I hadn't seen mentioned when ordering, but I could've missed it, so perhaps it's my bad. Names are quite different to the wine brand. Emails are from Aramex - they specify delivery of Burge Barossa, not Hidden Sea. Text is from HUBBED, (which mentions Aramex). Figured it out in the end. :D
