I had to cover the cost of a shirt for summer soccer. It’s hard to get 15 year olds to continue playing sport and when they want to, we need to encourage it but the voucher only covered 10 shirts out of the 11 players registered. I have worn the cost as the team manager and didn’t want the players to have additional costs on top of rego and free shirt covers by rego fee. This was not communicated when we paid rego fee. Only communication was shirt costs were covered by registration costs.
