I ordered the product on December 7. as a Christmas gift. I might have been a little late, but their site said 5-10 business days, so I was hopeful. On December 23. I had still not received my package and contacted the company. They told me it was due to high demand and asked me to be patient while waiting for an email. I had still at this point not gotten any confirmation on my purchase except the “we received your order” email. I contacted the company twice after this in a span of a month and a half where I was told to have patience and that it seemed my package was delivered. I was never contacted with an update on the situation unless I reached out. At one point I actually thought it was a scam company.
Well, my product arrived on February 16. More than two months after my purchase and very late as a Christmas gift.
