Using the website was easy; however, delivery was a hassle. My items were marked as delivered when the package was still with the driver (the delivery photo was in his car with the gear shift visible). Over several days I received communication stating the items were delivered when they weren't. Ultimately it was made right but took an inordinate amount of emails and miscommunications and a long wait. Better communication between the company and the delivery company and the customer is needed.
