I bought 2 cases and they are not like what the publication shows. Also they shipped the wrong models, since what I received is smaller than the kindle basic 10th gen (which is what I ordered) and has the space for the charging port shifted, further confirming that the model is not what I paid for. I've tried contacting but received no response

How could you improve? By replying to my emails and sending my products. I saw that the package was sent back to you, but you are doing nothing to send it back, reply to me, or issue me a refund. I’m really not happy with this situation. I have sent at least four emails without receiving any response. I would appreciate a quick response and a solution to this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to take further action regarding this order.

Es gab zwar schnellen Versand, aber als der Artikel angekommen ist und man sich an den Händler gewandt hat wegen Retoure, kam keine Rückmeldung. Das ist wirklich sehr schade.
