I was dealing with what I thought was a NZ company, but then found out that the item was being shipped from China - the delivery range was from 1-3 days up to 10 days - because it was being shipped from China it took right up to 10 days delivery. Being a NZ company one would assume the product was already within the country and should have only taken 1-3 days for delivery.
