I placed my order on 30 April and received an order confirmation email shortly afterwards. However, I didn’t receive any further updates for the next 7 days and had to follow up myself.
After contacting customer service, I received an apology and a tracking number, but when I checked the tracking link, no information was available. I sent another email and received a response 5 days later with a different tracking number.
I finally received my order on 22 May. The product itself is good and me
