The customer should not have to reach out to enquire about delays, that’s the vendors responsibility. I placed an order for blue, got an order confirmation, waited 5 days, reached out via email, they couldn’t find my order using the confirmation number I was given, found my order using my email address, said blue was not available, so I picked white, and then it was fine. The Shop app download and account setup seems unnecessary just for order tracking.
