Easy to shop online and was given a coupon which helped, and it was shipped in less than a week

Love the quality and value. Would consider purchasing another wall hugger sofa recliner for my basement, but looking for a black or dark grey color.

Unable to find anybody in customer service to help

The swatch I ordered arrived quickly and was presented professionally. If they pay this much attention to the details of a swatch, then how much more will they pay to their furniture pieces!?

All three boxes did not come when they were first scheduled, and did not all come at the same time. There is a small tear in the leather at the bottom of the left arm.

The order process was smooth and I got what I wanted.

Worst experience EVER

There was a piece that was damaged from transport from Federal express to my home, the boxes were wet, one was open on the bottom, the driver took it off the truck damaged side down and slid it into the garage, the Lt recliner only went up 1/2 way and stayed there, my son called for a replacement piece and told it would take 2 weeks, he asked if they could send it overnight delivery or express we would pay the extra cost, we were told no. He was here for only 5 more days. I lot of hassle.

Ordering was very easy and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery was only 2-3 days.

The extra “matching” pillow I ordered did not match the chair. Tried to get a refund but have received no response from the company.

And the delivery is on time.

It is impossible to have a direct conversation with anyone representing Aliving Home. I only have the option of corresponding with the 'back office' via email. Poor customer service alternative.

Had a question about the recliners and it was answered quickly and accurately.

Funny how 2 pieces arrived 1 day & the middle section came 2 days later. We made good use of the 2 recliner pieces until the middle piece was delivered.

ALiving is difficult to contact. I tried to raise these questions before purchase but was unable to talk to anyone or even write an email.

Great customer service. We had a bottom leg pad missing and they shipped us 4 right away. Very responsive.

It would be helpful to receive the Fed Ex tracking numbers when the order ships. We waited a week for our final box because of an issue with the packing slip. We had to make calls to get the info on Fed Ex.
