Very good services and products, I would improve the website though.

Received wrong chips and 3 weeks after order still don’t have correct chips. Refuse to reply to emails chasing them and was told chips are in post (normal and not trackable). Missed the event I’ve ordered them for. Will chase my bank for a refund.

Initial problem with a non-compliant product sent was resolved brilliantly by customer service; long response times (in my opinion, this is an area that could be improved); I recommend using the WhatsApp channel

The product is exactly what we were looking for. The chat function was really helpful when we had a question. And delivery super fast.

Shipping took longer than expected. I did not realize this seller is in Austria and I'd have to pay duties, taxes, and fees. I received a $47 invoice from FedEx shortly after delivery, so $30 shipping was actually $77. I would have skipped this purchase entirely had I known this ahead of time. Also, I was gifted a "Black Friday Gift" of Poker Merchant Poker Cards with my purchase, but the seller failed to send them, so I never got them. So much for silver linings.

The products are fine, custom chips are meh for the price you pay but they are custom so it is what it is. Shipping can be quick, but it can also be a little slow. Last package I received I had a missing product and it took a while for customer support to answer me. It’s not a bad shop though. Just needs some improvement but to be honest there isn’t a lot of better stores.

Was convent and low friction. Shipping costs were really high, but that is probably unavoidable

Fast! It arrived all the way across the ocean in three days! Takes much longer than that if it was ordered from just across the border from the USA because it gets tied up in customs.

US BUYERS BEWARE!! Two weeks after receiving my order I received a bill from FEDEX for TARRIF and CUSTOMS CHARGES. Amount was about 35% of purchase price. They ship from Europe so budget these tarrifs into your order!! Otherwise nice selection and efficient fulfillment and quick shipping.
