The staff was easy to work with and accommodating when the soft-start unit we originally ordered with the heat pump was delayed and we needed to get the heat pump shipped without it to facilitate our travel plans.

I really can’t say enough. Fantastic experience

Customer service is awesome! I had a hard time finding a working phone number (I had to google map their address and get the phone number off that site. Their listed number on the paperwork was not operational). When I finally reached them, they were very, very helpful. I'd definitely recommend buying from them.

We’ve been waiting until we got to use the van before writing to you. Well, we are currently living in the van (actually down by a river right now at our sons place, 😆) We’ve been giving the heat pump on the EcoCool a good workout with temps near 30 degrees and it is amazing. We expect the A/C side of it to perform even better once Mother Nature remembers to turn the sun on. Can’t wait! Thank you for the great service while we visited for the install. When we ordered this was during the holidays so after that I sent an email asking when it would ship, to my surprise the CEO (Eric) actually replied, wow that's impressive!!!!!!!!! Will have to see if it stays that way. Had a problem with the soft start. After posting this review I received another email from the CEO (Eric) asking his staff to contact me and determine the problem. AMAZING THIS IS IN MY OPINION THE BEST CEO EVER!!!!! Thank you Sir. You and your staff are AMAZING. I was contacted by Andy and he helped me rectify the problem with the instructions. Again Thanks to everyone at Premier Products.

Staff was very helpful when researching product for potential purchase. After the purchase on line everything was awesome, great communication, fast shipping and unit arrived as expected. The only thing I would suggest to enhance the experience would be to provide a site to view step by step install direction on unit and soft start device that is offered as well. Over the top friendliness and knowledge by sales and support when I called them multiple times to discuss both presales questions and installation and operational concerns

Reviewed numerous AC units...yours came up on top. Purchasing one was pretty simple. I would suggest you install the Soft Start on all units instead of constantly trying to sell one after. It's a bit crazy to NOT buy one so I did.

In trying to figure if the unit would fit my rig, I was promised that persons would call but they never reached out to me and I ended up getting the wrong plenum. Staff were excellent in resolving that problem, as the correct plenum was immediately sent out. However, there are other plenum units like with the Atmos/Tosot, that do fit and have a remote control rather than the wall thermotat. If I had known that the wall thermostat was my only choice, I would have waited for the Tosot.

They are not on top of their shipping, was about three weeks later to process and arrive than what I was told.

Product works better than expected and was easy to install. Looking inside the unit you will find the unit to be made to the highest standards.
