Great product and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my order was affected by a shipping mix-up: the tracking number provided was linked to another customer, which caused a significant delay. The package was expected around June 15 as it was meant to be a gift for a special occasion, but I only received it on July 2. Jersey d'Or investigated the issue, sent a replacement, and ultimately resolved the situation professionally. Overall, a positive experience despite the delay.

I paid for express shipping and it didn't arrive as guaranteed. It was a gift and I'm extremely disappointed. The size was smaller than advertised as well. Now trying to return is proving to be difficult. THREE times I've requested instructions on how to return, still waiting to be given the return address.

I placed the order with the personalised Swesish team jersey on Sunday, May 31. This was Intendes as a graduation gift for my nephew. The order was confirmed by you on Monday, June 1. The ready order was shipped on Thursday, June 4. The official inauguration of the Football World Cup was held on Thirsday, June 11. Swedens three group matches were played on Monday, June 15; Saturday June 20 and Friday, June 26. The jersey was delivered to my post box in the morning of Monday, June 22.
