It was extremely disappointing, the jerseys they sent were not the size I needed, barely fit a boy’s size . Also they refused to accept for me to return them.

Delivery is a bit slower than I’d expect but my order turned up in time for the World Cup so I’m not complaining.

Paid for faster shipping, its been over 6 weeks, can now see its shipped from the US, this was never stated i’m in the uk, i did request to cancel the order but they said its now been dispatched, so can’t do anything, delivery hasn’t been updated since 31 may, 3 days after I originally ordered on 27th of may. Very disappointed

Hasn’t replied to any of my emails regarding my order, was given no updates and haven’t received it

Great site but slow delivery

I never received the item and I did not get refunded.

It took a little longer than I thought

It has been extremely frustrating dealing with this process. I’m not asking for the world, I just want my order refunded in full including shipping. Especially seeing as how I did not receive the order in the time that I paid for.

My shirt is too small and on the order it doesn’t state which version of the shirt it is, and there is a difference in size depending on the version

Slow delivery

Tracking system is very wonky. Jersey is definitely not the correct size. Not happy.

Took too long to receive my order

Delivery too slow. Customer services also slow and completely disconnected with supply chain. I raised a complaint about the delay and your team replied back to me ONE DAY AFTER I finally received it to tell me the item will arrive soon and with the distributor (obviously a copy+ paste automatically reply with no checks). Not cool.

Received package, but size completely off.

Arrived quickly although still not sure if its a fake or not. Sku linked back to a Chelsea shirt sku. Shirts run small so get a larger size

Order took a long time to come. Got on to Jersey d'Or customer service and gave me tracking details etc. of order. Arrived by date given.

Recieved email right away when first enquiries were made....now crickets and NO SHIRT!!!
