My experience with SDEK wasn’t great. The website said delivery would take up to a week, but it ended up taking much longer. I originally ordered a skateboard with 125 mm MadMax wheels, but there were no updates on the shipment. Only after I contacted support, they offered a replacement with 105 mm Mad Wheels. I then requested compensation, and they agreed to send me the 125 mm MadMax wheels for free. In the end, the skateboard arrived after more than 10 days, and the wheels took even longer.
