It’s been 3 days since I raised my concern of damaged product received and I’m told today by an email response that it’s a minor finish issue and it would look fine once installed on the wall. This is not the expected response from your support team for a product which is being sold as “Luxury pendulum grey wall clock”. No where does it look luxury and a very disappointing response from customer support. Please refund my money if it cannot be replaced with a proper finished product.
