My order was delivered in two separate packages... but given the same tracking number. When my first package came, it showed my order was complete... but I was still missing the most expensive part of my order, my bag. They told me to look around and check with neighbors instead of looking at the picture of the delivery... it was obvious the bag I ordered would not fit in the package that was delivered. After I emailed several times, they finally discovered a mistake, my bag finally arrived.

The return label I was provided listed a package weight of .8 lbs when the package actually weighed almost 4 lbs. As a result, the post office did not want to accept it. I let customer service know and your team said they did not have to provide accurate postage. The post office ultimately accepted the package but said they were going to flag Ubuntu for possible Theft of Postage. It might have been a misunderstanding on their part but I had to make two trips to the post office as a result.
