I love Bread and Butter and have always had an amazing experience with the responsiveness of the team to my queries. If only you folks had a recycling program for end of life of your paddles. In this day and age, it helps to know that I can do something besides throwing old paddles in the trash (not that it needs to be done often because the paddles are durable!), I would give you a full five stars.

Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience with the company. One thing I’ve noticed is that shipping to Canada can be a bit tricky. During customs clearance it’s often hard to get clear tracking updates, so it would be great if that part could be improved. Also if possible, having a warehouse in Canada would really help speed things up, since delivery can take over 20 days right now. I think that would make a big difference for customers here.
