As a wholesaler - it is beyond frustrating that our original Loco order was skipped, our email was misplaced in spam, and there is consistently no products set aside for dealers. After 10+ restocks of the Loco, we have been given a total of only 5 Locos after numerous emails and phone calls to BnB Support.
Devin is also the only person I am ever able to get ahold of as if there is no other contacts or support at BnB, which is sincerely very shocking given how popular your products are and how quickly sellouts occur which paddles such as the Loco.
It is clear that customers and reviewers get immediate precedence over dealers and wholesalers and we are unsure how to move forward given our experience besides to continue emailing everytime we see a "Loco has been restocked!" type of email and then being told there is no inventory for detailers.
We want to work with BnB and stock your products for your store alongside be able to demo paddles on our court and for our click and mortar partners, so any feedback to us would be more than appreciated given the current state of this partnership.
