The website is great. But, it was not easy to find the 14mm Psycho on the website.
Also, a few weeks prior to buying the Pyscho, I sent an email inquiring about B&B making a 14mm paddle. The response indicated (not verbatim), no.
I am not sure when the Psycho became available, but I believe it was not long after my email inquiry about any 14mm developments.
I’m surprised B&B support’s response did not address that a 14mm was coming out soon.
