The rules of satisfaction and happiness 100% guaranteed are extremely confusing. Promised reprints if not satisfied, don’t happen. The rectification offered was a 5% increase on what they pretty much consistently offered on the site. They offer extras such as previewing orders or rush fees that also are false promises. My orders were supposed to be gifts and were NOT USABLE. They rush you through the “live design” process with text messages and emails. Pushing you to complete your order.
